Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Club Walter. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at clubwalterclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
